How long does dry cleaning take? +
Dry cleaning is same-day, Monday through Friday — drop off by 9am and it's usually ready by 3–5pm the same day.
How long do alterations take? +
Standard alterations take about 3 days. Need it faster? Rush/emergency alterations can be done in 1 day. Bridal gown alterations take about a week.
Do you offer wash-and-fold laundry? +
No — we launder shirts and pants, but we don't offer wash-and-fold ("fluff and fold") service.
Do you repair shoes? +
No, we don't offer shoe repair — dry cleaning, laundry, and in-house alterations are our focus.
Do you offer pickup and delivery? +
Not at this time — all drop-off and pickup is in-store.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
Cash and card.
Do you offer seasonal garment storage? +
No, we don't currently offer garment storage.
What happens if my garment is lost or damaged? +
If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we pay for it. It's rare — James personally checks finished orders every afternoon before they go out.

No appointment is needed for standard drop-off. Bridal fittings and alterations may need scheduling — confirm with the shop.
